Visit of Professor Edeltraud Hanappi-Egger to the Department of Statistics, Athens University of Economics and Business

In April 2024, the Department of Statistics had the honor of hosting the former Rector of WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), Professor Edeltraud Hanappi-Egger. During her visit, she exchanged ideas for future collaboration with the Department's Professors Ioannis Ntzoufras, Dimitris Karlis and Alexandra Livada.

This meeting was an excellent opportunity to strengthen academic ties and promote international cooperation, aiming to develop innovative research initiatives and collaborations between the two academic institutions.
