Thesis Submission - Guidelines
The thesis (T.E.) is initially submitted electronically to the supervisor. After approval by the supervisor, the thesis is electronically submitted to the other two members of the Three-Member Examination Committee. A presentation of the thesis is scheduled before the Three-Member Examination Committee. After the presentation, the signed presentation report is submitted to the Postgraduate Studies Secretariat.
The final version of the thesis must be submitted electronically to the university library according to the instructions below.
Instructions for Students on Electronic Submission of Their Thesis/Dissertation to the Library
The final version of the thesis must be submitted electronically on the library's website at Pyxida.

Once the electronic submission is completed, the library will send an electronic approval, which must be forwarded to the Secretariat to proceed with the degree issuance.
Final Submission to the Postgraduate Studies Secretariat
Students must submit the following:
- The thesis in electronic format, preferably as a PDF (via email).
- The completed and signed general degree application.
- The student ID card (if issued) for return.
After completing all procedures, the degree issuance process will proceed.
