ΑΙ Makeathon

UniAI, the first student initiative around Artificial Intelligence in Greece, presents the Makeathon.

The Makeathon is the most innovative and creative artificial intelligence competition in the country.

It is aimed at students and recent graduates who have a passion for AI and will take place over the three days of April 19-21, 2024, at the Evgeniou Evgenidou Foundation.

The purpose of the Makeathon is for students with different backgrounds to form interdisciplinary teams of 4-5 members, which with the use of AI tools will provide solutions to real life-challenges.

On the first day of the event you will have the opportunity to do deep dive sessions and online workshops with experts in the field. Then the teams will be formed and the 5 challenge owners will present the challenges to be solved.

The second day is followed by many hours of programming, using AI tools and communicating with your team.

Finally, on the third day each team, after submitting their solution, will present to the jury and the winners will be announced.

The goal of the Makeathon is for participants to discover the latest trends in the field of AI and to connect with other students, businesses and industry professionals. All this, with the central axis of promoting innovation and education with AI.
