Registration
Registration to the conference through the online registration system opens on July 26, 2019 and will be possible until October 24, 2019. Thereafter, there is the possibility to register on-site.
All participants and accompanying persons must register for the conference.
PRESENTERS MUST REGISTER BY SEPTEMBER 8, 2019 OTHERWISE THEIR PAPER WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE FINAL PROGRAM.
Should you be unable to attend ASSET 2019, but a co-author will be able to present the paper, please inform the organizers of the conference via email at asset2019@aueb.gr before September 8, 2019 stating your submission ID number. The replacing presenting author must register by September 8, 2019.
Regular fees
- Early registration (until September 15, 2019): 250€
- Late registration (from September 16, 2019): 350€
PhD Candidate/Student fees
- Early registration (until September 15, 2019): 75€
- Late registration (from September 16, 2019): 125€
In order to benefit from the reduced student fee, PhD Candidates/Students must upload, during the registration process and prior to payment, an official certificate from their department, issued in English or Greek, or valid student ID card clearly confirming their student status on the submission decision date (July 24, 2019). These can be in the form of scanned document or photo.
Accompanying person fee: 100€
Keep in mind that registration of additional accompanying persons can also take place on site during the Conference.
The registration fee for presenters and non-presenters includes:
- Admission to all scientific sessions
- Conference material (conference bag, badge, program, etc.)
- Coffee breaks and lunches
- Admission to social events (Welcome reception, Gala dinner and other cultural activities)

- Access to the lunches and coffee breaks
- Admission to social events (Welcome reception, Gala dinner and other cultural activities)
PAYMENT
You can pay by debit/credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Diners, or using the Masterpass electronic wallet) using the online registration system. During the registration process you can provide the details you wish your payment receipt/invoice to be issued to. Upon successful payment, you will receive two emails, one from the bank confirming your payment and one from ASSET 2019 Local Organizing Committee confirming your registration.
A payment receipt/invoice and certificate of attendance will be sent to all participants by email or provided at the welcome desk of the conference.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Registrations may be cancelled upon written notification sent to the local organizers by email to asset2019@aueb.gr . You will then receive a confirmation of cancellation by email.
- Cancellations received before or on September 8, 2019 will be fully refunded, less a €30 cancellation fee.
- For cancellations received after September 9, 2019 and before or on October 1, 2019, 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded, less a €30 cancellation fee.
- Any cancellations received after October 2, 2019 will not be refunded.
- All refunds will be processed post conference.
