Cranet Research

In the early 90s a group of universities from various countries of European Union started examining the prevailing situation in Human Resources Management (HRM) practices in medium and larger enterprises of the private sector. This research was named CRANET after the University of Cranfield, which took the lead during the first years. For Greece, the project was undertaken by Athens University of Economics and Business under the scientific supervision of Emeritus Professor Nancy Papalexandris. 25 years after the project's inception, a wide number of new countries have joined the Cranet team in the research which is regularly conducted in 45 different countries and is considered one of the most reliable sources of information on Human Resources Management across the world.
