Speech P&G: "Supply Chain of the Future and Best Practices"

As part of the course "Analysis and Planning of Distribution and Transport Systems" taught by Assistant Prof. Mrs. Androutsopoulos, gave a speech on "Supply Chain of the Future and Best Practices" by Mrs. Katerina Moutafi, Market Planning Director of South East Europe of P&G. During the speech, an overview of P&G's Supply Chain was given regarding the flow of products and information for the Southeast European market, with reference to the recent strengthening of P&G's presence in Greece through the creation of a European hub in the country. At the same time, some Best Practices that the company has implemented in the field of Logistics (digitalization, automation, optimization of transport) were presented.
