Andreas Zaras Elective Courses: Data Management / Platforms and Applications in Business Analytics CV: Andreas Zaras has been occupied in the fields of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence for more than twenty years. He is a graduate of the department of Operational Research and Marketing, Athens University of Economics and Business and also holds an MSc in Management Science and Operational Research from Warwick Business School. Moreover he holds an MSc in Finance with emphasis in Econometrics form ALBA Graduate Business School. He has participated as a consultant in numerous projects related to data exploitation for business decision making in sub areas such as Data Integration, Data Quality, Business Intelligence and Business Analytics – Artificial Intelligence. He has also taught postgraduate courses about Decision Making, Marketing Analytics, Credit Risk Analytics, Business Forecasting, Demand Management, Traditional Statistics, Data Management, Business Intelligence, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence at ALBA Graduate Business School, Athens University of Economics and Business, University of Patras, Warwick Business School, University of Piraeus, University of Central Lancashire – Cyprus Campus, Cyprus International Institute of Management and American College of Greece – Deree. His research work in Operational Research – Artificial Intelligence, Econometrics, and Business Intelligence – Business Analytics has appeared in the proceedings of conferences of the Hellenic Operational Research Society. Dr. Zois George Elective Course: Combinatorial Optimization CV: Dr. Georgios Zois (male) is a senior researcher and adjunct lecturer at the Athens University of Economics and Business. He holds a BSc. diploma in Computer Science from University of Ioannina (UoI)- Greece, a MSc. in Logic, Algorithms and Computation from University of Athens (UoA)-Greece in 2008 and a PhD from University Pierre and Marie Curie (UPMC)-France on the subject of algorithmic problems for energy and temperature-efficient computing. His research work is focused on the design of efficient optimisation algorithms for novel services in transport (last mile and middle mile transportation problems) and manufacturing (robust resource-aware planning and scheduling). Dr Zois, has worked as research associate and technical coordinator on several EU-funded and private research and industrial projects in the above-mentioned areas. |

Prof. Korfiatis Nikolaos Associate Professor of Business Analytics in Norwich Business School (NBS) of University Of East Anglia (Wea) Elective Course: Introduction to Business Analytics using Python CV: Nikolaos Korfiatis is an Associate Professor in Business Analytics at Norwich Business School (NBS) and member of the Innovation Technology and Operations Management (ITOM) group. he is also an associated faculty at the Centre of Competition Policy (CCP). Before joining NBS, he worked as Senior Researcher at the Chair for Databases and Information Systems at the Department of Informatics of the Goethe University Frankfurt, Germany. He co-founded together with Professor Roberto Zicari the Big Data Laboratory of the Goethe University (www.bigdata.uni-frankfurt.de) and he acted as a Director for Analytics and Data Science. Before joining Goethe University Assocaite Prof. Nikolaos Korfiatis worked as an Assistant Research Professor (Post.doc) at the Department of Economics of the University of Copenhagen doing research in Experimental Economics and IT. He completed hie PhD in 2009 at Copenhagen Business School (CBS), Denmark under the supervision of Prof. Volker Mahnke and he holds an MSc in Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Stockholm with specialization in Information Retrieval (2006). He completed his undergraduate studies at the Athens University of Economics and Business (2004) and he has so far lived and worked in 5 different countries (Greece, Sweden, Denmark, Germany and UK). |

Prof. Apostolos Burnetas Professor of Operations Research at the Department of Mathematics, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens Elective Courses: Inventory Management / Production and Operations Management CV: Prof. Apostolos Burnetas received a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens in 1986, a Master in Business Administration in 1992 and a Ph.D. in Operations Research in 1993, both from the Graduate School of Management of Rutgers University, New Jersey, U.S.A. From 1994 to 2004 Prof. Apostolos Burnetas was an Assistant and Associate Professor in the Department of Operations of Case Western Reserve University, in Cleveland, Ohio, USA. Since 2003 Prof. Apostolos Burnetas has been with the Department of Mathematics of the University of Athens, as an Associate Professor (2003-2012) and Professor (2012-present) of Stochastic Operations Research. Prof. Apostolos Burnetas research interests are in the areas of Operations Research, Adaptive Optimization and Experimentation under Uncertainty, Stochastic Modeling, and applications in Production and Service Management. I have publised papers in international journals such as Management Science, Operations Research, Mathematics of Operations Research, Queueing Systems, IIE Transactions, Annals of Operations Research. Prof. Apostolos Burnetas has organized an international conference in Stochastic Modeling in 2010 and has been in the scientific and organizing committees of several international conferences. Prof. Apostolos Burnetas has refereed papers for many journals in the field of Operations Research and Applied Probability, including Operations Research, Management Science, European Journal of Operations Research, OR SpektBulletin of the Hellenic Mathematical Societyrum, IIE Transactions, Annals of Operations Research, etc. |

Dr. Deliou Cleopatra Elective Course: Quality Systems Management CV: Cleopatra is a lecturer in Quality Management and teaches undergraduate and postgraduate students in the field of Total Quality Management (TQM) at the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB). She is a certified quality assessor with counseling experience on Quality, Entrepreneurship and Human Resources. She has worked as a Adjunct Academic Staff in the Bachelor Program of Quality and Technology Management of the Hellenic Open University. In addition, she has helped in the development of the Quality Assurance Unit of AUEB and has contributed to the acquisition of the University’s certificates of excellence and quality. Currently, she is responsible of Erasmus + program, as a member of the Office of International Relations of the AUEB. Her main academic interests focus on the implementation of tools, standards and quality models in Education as well as on the development of the human resources in the organizations through the implementation of the TQM. |

Since 2011, she is Scientific Coordinator for the annual ecommerce and digital marketing studies and the evaluation of Greek e-shops in ELTRUN.
