About the role:
We are currently seeking a Customer Data Analyst to join our Customer Analytics team. In this role, you will analyze customer demographics, loyalty data, travel preferences and booking behavior to uncover patterns, develop basic predictive models and deliver actionable insights to teams across the Commercial Division.

What you will do:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business problems and analyze our customer data to generate insights Ensure smooth operation of Oracle CDP ecosystem, monitor the performance of databases and take proactive or corrective maintenance actions
- Develop new reports, visualization dashboards, KPIs and tables, leveraging on available data
- Run analyses, to answer requests from multiple other teams across AEGEAN, to support product design, actions, efficiency and decision making of business owners
- Develop customer segmentations and predictive models, to increase commercial intelligence about our markets and customers
You fit, if you cover the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Economics or another quantitative discipline
- Fluency in oral and written Greek and English
- Good Excel knowledge, or any other analytical tools
- Programming background, especially in SQL and/or Python will be considered an asset
- Knowledge of AEGEAN products such as the Miles+Bonus program will be highly preferred

About the role
We are currently seeking an Offer Management Analyst to join our Commercial Division. This role plays a pivotal part in maximizing company revenue by shaping, optimizing, and evolving both flight and ancillary product offering. As part of AEGEAN’s Revenue & Offer Management Department, the Offer Management Analyst will own a dedicated product portfolio and be fully accountable for its commercial performance, leveraging in-depth analysis of demand patterns, customer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive trends to unlock each product’s full revenue potential. If you bring strong analytical capabilities, a sense of ownership, and genuine commercial curiosity with the ability to turn data-driven insights into impactful actions, then do not miss the opportunity to apply.What you will do:
• Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of AEGEAN’s flight offer and ancillary product strategies
• Perform detailed analysis and reporting, recommending changes that enhance revenue across flight and ancillary products
• Define, monitor, and evaluate success metrics and KPIs for flight offering products and Fare Brands
• Analyze and monitor the performance of Fare Brands and ancillary products, providing insights, recommendations, and actionable improvements
• Collect, maintain, and update the department’s analytical reports with accuracy and consistency
• Prepare scheduled and ad-hoc reports that support informed decision-making
• Work closely with the Product, CRM, Revenue Management, and Sales teams to share insights and identify high-impact optimizations and product enhancementsYou fit, if you cover the following requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or in any relevant quantitative field
• 2-3 years of professional working experience in a related analytical or commercial role
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools will be considered as an assetAnd you have competence in:

About the role
There is currently a job opening “Revenue Management Analyst”, in the Revenue Management Team. As a Revenue Management Analyst, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue per flight by analyzing demand elasticity, forecasts, and market characteristics, while creating and adjusting revenue management strategies for each market. • Develop and implement revenue management strategies for assigned routes
• Deliver budgeted revenue targets for the assigned portfolio
• Monitor route performance, competition, demand, and system forecasts, taking corrective actions as needed
• Conduct post-departure analysis on spill, spoilage, denied boarding and show-up ratios and adjust overbooking levels accordingly
• Analyze data, identify trends, propose corrective actions, implement solutions, and audit applied strategies
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to exchange feedback on strategy performance and handle fare adjustment requests to maximize revenueYou fit, if you cover the following requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or in any relevant filed
• Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline is a plus
• 0-2 years of professional working experience in a similar position
