Your CATALYST to Sustainable Transformation: Building Future Competences
On December 17, 2024, Resees, Research Laboratory AUEB (Athens University of Economics and Business), in collaboration with Sporos Platform and Creative Thinking Development (CRETHIDEV) successfully organized the CATALYST Project National Event titled “Your CATALYST to Sustainable Transformation: Building Future Competences” in Athens.
The event brought together professionals, educators, and stakeholders to explore innovative pathways for sustainable transformation. Attendees learned about CATALYST’s tools, training materials, and micro-credentials that can help them enhance their skills and drive sustainable change within their organizations and communities.
Key highlights included:
- Eleni Toli (Resees, Research Laboratory AUEB) kicked off the event with an introduction to the CATALYST project and its goals for driving sustainable change.
- Panagiota Koltsida (Resees, Research Laboratory AUEB) led a hands-on session showcasing the CATALYST platform, while Lydia Papadaki (Resees, Research Laboratory AUEB) introduced the specialization programs and research projects available.
- Michalis Delagrammatikas (CRETHIDEV) presented on the power of micro-credentials to showcase acquired knowledge.
- Participatory activities were facilitated by Alexandros Karydis, Spyros Kokolis, and Katerina Chatzichristou from Sporos Platform.
- Prof. Dr. Phoebe Koundouri, Principal Investigator of the CATALYST project at AUEB, gave the closing remarks, emphasizing the importance of sustainable business transformation and reinforcing the event’s key takeaways.
