Webinar “Empowering Sustainability Competences: Utilising the GreenComp Framework for Training Programs”

On Thursday 8th of June, a webinar on “Empowering Sustainability Competences: Utilising the GreenComp Framework for Training Programs” was organised by the IECE with the support of the ETF Community of Innovative Educators, in the framework of the European Week of Skills. During the event, the participants discussed how to apply the GreenComp Framework during the initial phase of assessment of the needs of the potential learners, and how to create a competency matrix for a new sustainability training program. Ms Lydia Papadaki (PhDc, Researcher, Athens University of Economics and Business) presented the results from the field study and the roundtables that were organised in the five partner countries of the CATALYST project. The webinar aimed to provide insights on the practical use of the GreenComp framework.
